About Élyse:
Élyse De La Croizetière is a full-time, Madrid-based international Lindy Hop instructor, originally from Montréal, Canada. She is known for her dynamic classes, her creativity, versatility and enthusiasm for Lindy Hop. As an artist, she focuses on independence and creativity, inspiring her students on their own dance journeys. She's definitely inspired by Mabel lee, an African American Women tap dancer, singer, and entertainer from the ’40s. Élyse began teaching Lindy Hop and Vernacular Jazz with Swing Connexion in Montréal, whereby learning, performing and competing she surrounded herself with dance on a daily basis. She values the way in which Lindy hop brings people together with happiness and playfulness most highly.
